摘要
核电站一回路关键设备工作环境恶劣,极易产生裂纹、腐蚀等缺陷,必须定期对这些设备进行检查。水下摄像头是一种有效的检测手段,已广泛应用于核电站。然而在应用过程中会出现密封失效、卡齿、定位不准、传动不平稳,结构可靠性差与设备可维修性差等问题,严重影响水下视频检查的效率与可靠性,同时存在安全隐患。针对核电站水下摄像头在应用过程中出现的工程问题,提出结构改进设计方案,摄像头的可靠性与定位精度显著提高。
The key equipment of the primary circuit in the nuclear power plant has a harsh working environment which is prone to cracks, corrosion and other defects. These equipments must be inspected regularly. The underwater camera is an effective detection method which has been widely used in nuclear power plants. However, problems such as seal failure, pinion, inaccurate positioning, unstable transmission, poor structural reliability and poor maintainability of the equipment may occur in the application process, which seriously affects the efficiency and reliability of underwater video inspection, and has potential safety hazards. Aiming at the engineering problems in the application process of underwater camera in nuclear power plant, a structural improvement design scheme is proposed, and the reliability and positioning accuracy of the camera are significantly improved.
