英国脱欧事件将引起欧洲格局的重大变革,同时也打破了现有的国际格局。在脱欧的大环境下,欧洲最重要的变化莫过于俄罗斯地位的上升。未来英俄关系将是欧洲主要的大国关系之一,它将深刻改变国际关系。
Brexit has brought about significant changes in the European pattern,but also broke the existing international pattern.The most important change in Europe is the rise of Russia's status in the context of de-Europe.In the future,the relationship between Britain and Russia will be one of the major powers in Europe,which will profoundly change international relations.
