摘要
针对上海市建筑垃圾产量大、利用率低、相关技术标准体系缺乏的现状,本文围绕建筑垃圾再生规模化利用和循环产业链打造,首次构建了从建筑垃圾前端处理到后端应用的较为完整的标准体系框架,制定建筑垃圾综合利用关键标准,并在企业贯彻实施,取得了显著的环境、经济和社会效益,希望此实践探索为进一步推进再生资源标准化循环经济发展提供参考。
The paper focuses on building the large scale utilization of construction waste recycling and the recycling industry chain,and for the first time,the paper developed a relatively complete standard system frame of waste front-end processing and back-end applications,formulated key standards for comprehensive utilization of construction waste and implemented it in the enterprises,which achieved significant environmental,economic and social benefits.It hopes to provide some reference for further promoting the development of renewable resources standardization circular economy.
