摘要
【目的】探讨斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液联合紫杉醇与顺縮联合化疗方案(TP)化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效及对肿瘤标志物和血管新生指标的影响。【方法】本院收治的晚期NSCLC患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组患者接受TP化疗,观察组接受斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液联合TP化疗,均完成两疗程治疗。比较两组近期疗效及血清肿瘤标志物、血管新生指标含量的差异。【结果】治疗后,观察组患者的有效率(RR)、疾病控制率(DCR)均高于对照组(P<0.05),且血清中肿瘤标志物细胞角蛋白19片段(Cyfra21-1)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)含量及血管新生指标血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、细胞血管生成素-2(Ang-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的含量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液联合TP化疗可提升晚期NSCLC患者的治疗效果,降低肿瘤血管新生活性。
【Objective】To investigate the therapeutic effect of sodium cantharidate vitamin B6 combined with paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy(TP)on advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its influence on tumor markers and angiogenesis.【Methods】A total of 76 cases of advanced NSCLC patients was randomly divided into two group(n=38).Patients in the control group were treated with TP chemotherapy only while those in the observation group were treated with sodium cantharidin combined with TP chemotherapy.Patients in both groups completed 2 courses of treatment.The short-term efficacy,serum contents of tumor markers and angiogenesis markers were compared between two groups.【Results】After 2 courses of treatment,the effective rate(RR)and disease control rate(DCR)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)and the serum tumor markers Cyfra21-1,(CEA),carbohydrate antigenl25(CA125)and angiogenesis indicators of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),angiopoietin-2(An g-2),matrix metalloproteinase-9 were lower than the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Sodium hyaluronate vitamin 6 combined with TP chemotherapy can improve the treatment effect in patients with advanced NSCLC and reduce angiogenesis activity.
