摘要
对盘式绝缘子进行了概述,对盘式绝缘子的结构进行了介绍。设计四凸台支撑盘式绝缘子和十二凸台支撑盘式绝缘子,应用ANSYS有限元软件对两种结构盘式绝缘子进行受力分析,得到受载变形后的位移云图。同时对四凸台支撑盘式绝缘子进行了屈曲分析,确认存在开裂风险。
The disc insulator was summarized and the structures of the disc insulator were described.Four boss support disc insulator and twelve boss support disc insulator were designed.The ANSYS finite element software was used to analyze the force of the disc insulators in two types of structures,and the displacement cloud map after the deformation under load was obtained.At the same time,the buckling analysis of the four boss support disc insulator was carried out to confirm the risk of cracking.
