摘要 为解决高压断路器故障诊断精度低的问题,提出了一种基于机械和电气特性融合的高压断路器故障诊断方法,该方法基于机械特性诊断高压断路器故障类型,将电气特性作为故障辅助判别依据,进而实现机械和电气特性融合的故障诊断。首先基于最小欧式距离和相关性原理,建立基于机械特性的高压断路器典型故障库,并基于典型故障特征指标权值计算得到典型故障特征向量相似度;然后分析高压断路器分合闸线圈电流波形阶段特性,在选取得到基于分合闸线圈电流的特征向量后,计算基于电气特性的故障辨识度;最后搭建故障诊断试验平台验证方法的有效性。结果表明,该方法的平均故障诊断精度为93.2%,能够精确诊断高压断路器故障,验证了该方法的有效性。 In order to solve the problem of low fault diagnosis accuracy of high voltage circuit breaker,a fault diagnosis method of high voltage circuit breaker based on mechanical and electrical characteristics fusion is proposed. This method is based on mechanical characteristics to diagnose fault types of high voltage circuit breakers. The electrical characteristics is employed as a fault auxiliary criteria to achieve fault diagnosis with mechanical and electrical characteristics fusion. Firstly,based on the minimum Euclidean distance and the principle of correlation,the typical fault database of high voltage circuit breaker based on mechanical characteristics is established,and the similarity of typical fault feature vector is calculated based on the weight of typical fault feature index. Then the current waveforms phase characteristics of the opening and closing coils of high voltage circuit breaker is studied. The calculate fault identification is based on electrical characteristics. Finally,a fault diagnosis test platform is built to verify the validity of the method. The results show that the average fault diagnosis accuracy of the method is 93. 2%,which can accurately diagnose the faults of high voltage circuit breaker,thus verifying the effectiveness of the method.
