摘要
目的 探讨专业核心能力训练在手术室青年护士培训工作中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年3月至2017年3月入科的22名手术室青年护士作为研究对象,根据手术室专业特点及护理要求,制定专业核心能力训练方案,结合手术室护士的核心能力与层级确定培训重点,对其统一实施专业核心能力训练。比较专业核心能力训练实施前后手术室理论知识、实践操作考核成绩及护理不良事件发生情况。结果 手术室青年护士专业核心能力培训后理论知识与实践操作考核成绩明显高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);培训后护理不良事件发生情况明显低于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 对手术室青年护士实施专业核心能力训练,能够有效提高其综合能力、手术配合质量,减少护理不良事件发生,提高手术室护理质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of professional core competence training in training of young nurses in operating room.Methods To select 22 young nurses in the operating room from March 2015 to March 2017 as the study subjects.According to the professional characteristics and nursing requirements of the operating room,we formulated professional core competence training program.By combining the core competence and levels of nurses in the operating room,the core training contents were determined.And then they were trained by professional core competence training.Before and after the implementation of professional core competence training,the theoretical knowledge of the operating room,the results of practical operation assessment and the occurrence of adverse care events were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge and practical operation test results of the young nurses in the operating room were significantly higher than those before the implementation of core competence training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The occurrence of adverse events after training was significantly lower than that before the training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of professional core competence training for young nurses in the operating room can improve their comprehensive ability,and quality of surgical cooperation effectively.Meanwhile,the incidence of adverse care events can be reduced by such kind of methods.At last,the quality of nursing care in the operating room was improved.
