摘要
目的探讨自制标本图谱在甲状腺癌颈廓清手术标本留置中的应用效果。方法将2019年7月-2020年6月入职的11名手术室低年资护士设为对照组,将2020年7月-2021年6月入职的12名手术室低年资护士设为试验组,同时分别选取2组同期的甲状腺癌颈廓清手术患者为研究对象。对照组采用传统方法进行手术标本留取,试验组采用自制标本图谱辅助法进行手术标本留取。比较2组标本混淆率、标本送检准备时长及工作满意度。结果试验组标本混淆率低于对照组(χ^(2)=7.001,P=0.008),标本送检准备时长短于对照组(t=0.868,P=0.001),护士工作满意度高于对照组(t=0.904,P=0.030)。结论在甲状腺癌颈廓清手术护理配合中,应用自制标本图谱留置手术标本,可以降低标本混淆率,提高标本准备的效率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of self-made specimen atlas in the nursing cooperation of neck dissection of thyroid cancer.Methods Eleven junior nurses working in the operating room between July 2019 and June 2020 were selected as the control group,while twelve junior nurses working between July 2020 and June 2021 were chosen into the experimental group.In the control group,the traditional method was used to cooperate with the neck dissection of thyroid cancer,while in the experimental group,the self-made specimen atlas was employed.The error rate of submitted samples,the preparation time for samples and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The error rate of submitted samples of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ^(2)=7.001,P=0.008),but the preparation time for samples was significantly shorter than that of the control group(t=0.868,P=0.001).Moreover,the satisfaction in cooperation of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=0.904,P=0.030).Conclusion In the nursing cooperation of neck dissection of thyroid cancer,the application of self-made specimen atlas as an auxiliary tool can reduce the specimen error rate and improve the efficiency of samples preparation.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion in the clinical practice.
