摘要
在总结黑龙江省近两年来中小企业扶持优惠政策及相关落实情况的基础上,分析了扶持优惠政策落实中遇到的相关问题,并提出以下几点对策建议:创新宣传方式,提高优惠政策普及率;强化政策落实,提升优惠政策获得感;鼓励基层创新,加大政策执行力度;抓好公共服务平台建设,利用信息化手段精准施策。以期为政府政策相关扶持优惠政策的制定和落实提供对策建议。
On the basis of summing up the preferential policies for SMEs in Heilongjiang Province in the past two years and the related implementation situation,this paper analyses the related problems encountered in the implementation of preferential policies,and puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:innovating propaganda methods to improve the popularity of preferential policies;strengthening the implementation of policies to enhance the sense of preferential policies;encouraging grass-roots innovation to solve the"last mile".Problem:Pay attention to the construction of public service platform,and make use of information technology to precisely implement measures.In order to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the formulation and implementation of government policy-related support preferential policies.
