摘要
以图书馆管理者的学历作为自变量,以职业胜任力作为因变量,分析学历对职业胜任力的影响。研究发现,不同学历的图书馆管理者之间在研究能力及规则感和秩序感维度上存在明显差异。在研究能力子维度上,图书馆管理者学历越高,表现越好;在规则感和秩序感子维度上,硕士学历的图书馆管理者在遵守规则和秩序上显著低于本科及以下学历的图书馆管理者;在组织承诺维度上,学历较高的图书馆管理者,组织承诺较低。
With education as the independent variable and career competency of library managers as the dependent variable,the impact of education on career competency is studied in the paper.It finds that library managers with different education level show significant difference on research capability and sense of rule and order.In terms of reserch capability,managers with higher education level perform much better.Library managers with master degree are inferior to those with bachelor or lower degree in sense of rule and order.Organizational commitment of the managers with higher education is relative low.
