木聚糖酶处理改善废纸浆强度性能的研究 被引量:6

A study on physical property improvement of recycled pulp through xylanase treatment

摘要 以废纸浆为原料,探讨了木聚糖酶处理温度、时间、浆浓和酶用量对纸浆纤维及成纸强度性能的影响。结果表明,木聚糖酶处理的较佳工艺条件为:温度70℃、时间1.5h、浆浓10%、酶用量75mg/l。在此条件下废纸浆的强度性能为:耐破指数2.18kPa.m^2/g,耐折度23次,环压强度指数10.32N.m/g,分别比初始浆料提高17.84%、27.78%和17.67%。对酶处理前后的微观结构进行了分析表征(SEM、FTIR、X-RD),发现酶处理后纤维表面细纤维化和孔洞化程度加强、纤维的羟基含量增加、纤维结晶结构未发生显著变化。 XTaking recycled pulp as raw materials, the effects of temperature, time, pulp concentration and enzyme dosage in xylanase treatment on pulp fiber and paper strength performance were discussed in this paper. The results show that the better conditions for xylanase treatment are: temperature 70口,time 1.5h, slurry concentration 10%, and enzyme dosage 75mg/l. Under these conditions, the pulp's tensile index is reached to 2.18 kPa m^2/ g, folding resistance 23 times, and ring crush index 10.32·m/g, increased by 17.84%, 27.78% and 17.67% respectively compared with untreated pulp. The microstructure before and after enzyme treatment was analyzed and characterized with SEM, FTIR, X-rd, and it's found that the fiber surface is strengthened in fibrillation and porosity, the hydroxyl content in fiber is increased, and the fiber crystallization structure does not change significantly after enzyme treatment.
