摘要
针对某飞机直接电力起动电气性能主要影响因素开展仿真分析研究。通过比较分析不同接触电阻及供电电压下起动电流数据,研究了接触电阻及供电电压对起动性能的影响。通过仿真分析,在起动控制过程中,起动机电压、电流和汇流条电压随转速升高波动很大,接触电阻及供电电压的微小变化将导致电枢电流剧烈减小。因此,维护过程中必须关注电气参数的变化情况、接触器等大功率器件的老化情况及供电电压的波动。
A simulation analysis was conducted on the main influencing factors of the electrical performance of the direct electric starting of an aircraft.By comparing and analyzing the starting current data under different contact resistance and supply voltage, the influence of contact resistance and supply voltage on starting performance are studied.Through simulation analysis, during the control process of starting, the voltage, current and busbar of the starter fluctuate greatly with the increase of speed, and the slight change of contact resistance and supply voltage will lead to sharp reduction of the armature current.Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to changes of electrical parameters, aging of high-power devices such as contactors and fluctuations of supply voltage during maintenance.
