摘要
复杂的环境作用下,边坡岩土性能发生弱化、防护加固体系部分功能易出现破损或衰退等现象,公路边坡病害呈多发频发态势,严重威胁高速公路的安全运营。调查表明:浙江省内高速公路边坡绝大部分稳定性和防护体系性能良好;但仍有28处边坡及防护结构存在受损、破坏严重的问题,需及时处理;同时还有部分边坡稳定性较好,但边坡及防护结构存在局部受损的情况。边坡病害防治应遵循"早发现,早治理"的原则,建议对存在病害的边坡及时修补加固,完善边坡截排水系统,消除安全隐患;对不同安全等级的边坡根据其危害程度进行不同层次的检查或监测并采取必要的养护措施,确保边坡防护体系和截排水系统各项功能健康正常运行。
Under complicated environment,geotechnical properties of slope are weakened,and function of reinforced and protection systems are easy to decline,so highway slope defects occur more frequently which serious threats the service safety of the highway.The survey results show that most of highway slopes and protection systems in Zhejiang Province have good performance,but there are still 28 places of slopes severely damaged,needing to be treated timely.Other slope protection and structure are partially damaged.The suggestion is early inspection and early treatment.It is suggested that the slope with defects should be timely repaired and strengthened and the inception and draining system for the slope should be improved so as to eliminate potential safety.In regards with slopes with different level of safety,different levels of inspections or mentoring and necessary maintenance measures should be carried out to ensure the healthy and normal operation of the protection system and draining system of the slope.
