摘要
山区高速公路建设中,边坡地质灾害严重危害和威胁高速公路的建设和运营安全。为有效提高边坡工程地质灾害防治技术与管理水平,基于高边坡安全检查,结合地质灾害易发性分析、危险性分析和易损性分析结果,提出高边坡地质灾害风险指数和风险等级,并依据地质灾害风险管理准则,建立一套针对高边坡工程的安全检查与地质灾害风险评价标准体系及相应的边坡防控对策,为保障高速公路安全运营提供有力保障。
In construction of expressways in mountainous area, geological disasters of slopes seriously jeopardize and threaten construction of operating safety of expressways. In order to effectively improve preventive technology and management level for geological disasters in high slope projects, this paper, in combination with the results of analysis for liability, danger and vulnerability of geological disasters, proposes risk indices and grades of geological disasters of high slopes, and establishes a set of standard system for safety inspection and risk evaluation for geological disasters of high slope project and corresponding slope prevention and control countermeasures based on the risk management criteria for geological disasters, providing a powerful guarantee for safe operation of expressways.
