摘要
目的评价分析对子宫内膜异位症患者实行散结镇痛胶囊与米非司酮片联合应用的临床疗效以及对血清抗子宫内膜抗体(EmAb)的影响。方法选取2016年3月～2018年3月,在我院妇产科接受治疗的70例子宫内膜异位症患者作为临床研究对象,以治疗方式的不同分两组,实行米非司酮片治疗的患者设为对照组,实行散结镇痛胶囊与米非司酮片联合治疗的患者设为试验组,比对患者的临床疗效以及对血清抗子宫内膜抗体(EmAb)的影响。结果经治疗后,观察组治疗效果优于对照组;观察组患者EmAb、PGF2α以及CA125含量明显低于对照组患者的,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论散结镇痛胶囊与米非司酮片在子宫内膜异位症患者的治疗中有较佳的临床效果,可显著降低血清抗子宫内膜抗体(EmAb)的含量,有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate and analyze clinical curative effects of Sanjie Zhentong capsule combined with Mifepristone tablets in treatment of endometriosis and its effect on serum endometrial antibodies(EmAb).Methods 70 patients with endometriosis who were treated in department of gynecology of our hospital form March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as clinical research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with mifepristone tablets while the experimental group was treated by Sanjie Zhentong capsule combined with mifepristone tablets.Clinical curative effects and its effect on serum endometrial antibodies(EmAb)were compared.Results After treatment,the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The contents of EmAb,PGF2αand CA125 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanjie Zhentong capsule combined with mifepristone tablets in treatment of endometriosis has better clinical curative effects.It can significantly reduce the content of serum endometrial antibodies EmAb,which has higher clinical value of application.
