摘要
医学是一门实践性很强的学科,实验教学是医学教育的重要组成部分,也是培养高素质人才的重要基础。以本科生为主体的大学生创新实验,通过学生自由结合,在导师的指导下自主选题申报,独立组织实施,分析处理结果和撰写总结报告等工作,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,激发他们的创新思维和创新意识,挖掘其天赋和潜能,为其今后的职业发展打下良好基础。笔者以在郑州大学基础医学院进行的大学生创新实验为例,分析大学生创新实验中学生们的实验成果和收获,浅谈大学生创新实验对提高医学生的创新能力及培养医学拔尖人才的意义。
Clinical medicine is a highly practical subject.The experiment teaching,which plays a significant role in medical education,is the fundamental part of cultivating highly-quality talents.The UIEP is student-centered.Students are free association in the group,select and declare the topic with the guidance of teacher,then carry out the project,analyze the experiment result and write final report independently.The whole process brings students'initiative into full play and arouses students'innovative thinking and ability,which establishes the solid foundation for the future career development.Taking the UIEP from College of Basic Medicine in Zhengzhou University for example,the writer will analyze students'achievement in UIEP and give a brief talk on the significance of the UIEP for promoting students'innovative ability and cultivating medical tip-top talents.
