消化道出血患者输注血液制品现状的分析 被引量:2

An analysis on the current blood transfusion status for patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage

摘要 [目的]了解消化道出血患者的输注血液制品现状,进一步提高临床合理和安全用血水平。[方法]通过医院信息系统提取2017-10-01—12-31期间住院消化道出血病例资料,收集患者基本信息、疾病特征、输注血液制品情况及相关实验室检查数据等,分析其统计学意义。[结果]118例消化道出血患者平均年龄(57.08±16.30)岁;其中61例(占51.69%)输注各类血液制品。在血液制品输注方面,成分输血率为100%,随血红蛋白和红细胞压积水平的升高,红细胞输注率呈下降趋势。[结论]消化道出血患者的临床输注血液制品以红细胞、血浆输注为主,红细胞输注指征合理,但存在滥用血浆现象,另外血小板等成分要注意开发利用。 [Objective]To evaluate the current status of blood transfusion for patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage,so as to further improve scientific,rational and safe clinic use of blood.[Methods]We extracted in-patient gastrointestinal hemorrhage cases from the hospital information system during the period from 1 October 2017 to 31 December 2017 and collected patient basic information,disease attribute,blood transfusion and related laboratory examination data to analyze their statistical significance.[Results]The average age of the 118 patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage was 57.08±16.30,61 of whom were transfused with various types of blood,accounting for 51.69 %.In terms of blood transfused,component transfusion rate represents 100%.With the increase in Hb and Hct levels,the transfusion rate of red blood cell showed a downward trend.[Conclusion]Clinic transfusion for patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage primarily comes from red blood cell and plasma.Use of red blood cell is rational but cases of abuse of plasma are found.In addition,it is advised to pay attention to the development and use of other components such as blood platelet in transfusion.
