摘要
目的探究酒精性肝硬化患者的饮酒行为及护理体会。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月我院治疗酒精性肝硬化的165例患者作为观察组,选取165例健康体检者作为对照组。对密西根酒精依赖调查量表与社会支持评定量表的结果进行观察。结果根据研究结果显示,观察组中绝大部分患者都对酒精有依赖的情况,而且较为严重,且对照组的社会支持评定量表评分明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),具有可比性。结论酒精性肝硬化的患者对酒精有严重的依赖,故应及时对其进行护理干预,将其生活习惯进行改善,以此保证社会与家庭的稳定。
Objective To explore alcohol drinking behavior and nursing experience in patients with alcoholic cirrhosis. Methods Select 165 cases of alcoholic liver cirrhosis in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 as the observation group, select 165 healthy checkers as the control group. Observe the results of the Michigan Alcohol Dependence Survey and the Social Support Rating Scale. Results According to the results of the study, the majority of patients in the observation group were dependent on alcohol and were more serious, and the scores of the social support rating scale in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group. The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）, with comparability. Conclusion Patients with alcoholic cirrhosis have a severe dependence on alcohol, so nursing interventions should be carried out in time to improve their living habits to ensure social and family stability.
