摘要
本文从总体概况、工程、研究论证、建言献策、标准支撑、政策支持、法规建设、重要活动八个方面,阐述了我国超低能耗建筑的先行省份——河北省超低能耗建筑的成就与经验。其中的研究论证、建言献策、法规建设等别有特点,标准支撑、政策支持等多可借鉴。
This paper expounds the achievements and experience of ultra-low energy construction in Hebei Province from eight aspects: general overview, precedent project, research argumentation, advice and suggestions, standard support, policy support, legal construction, and important activities, in which the research argumentation, advice and suggestions, and the construction of laws and regulations have unique characteristics, and standard support and policy support can provide reference.
