摘要
目的探讨护理学硕士研究生自主学习的促进因素。方法采用质性访谈方法,选取浙江省两所高校11名护理学硕士研究生进行半结构式、面对面深度访谈,录音并观察研究对象,运用Colaizzi资料分析法分析资料,并且提炼出主题。结果护理学硕士研究生自主学习的促进因素主要包括6个主题:专科护理发展期望、追求和价值实现、竞争、他人期望和学习氛围、兴趣、家庭优秀成员的激励。结论护理学硕士研究生自主学习行为促进因素呈现多样化;高等护理教育者和临床护理教师应该注重培养和加强研究生的自主学习能力,提高研究生的综合能力和竞争力,以促进其快速、健康成长。
Objective To investigate the factors that contribute to the self-learning of postgraduates in nursing.Methods By using qualitative research methods,11 master nursing students from two universities in Zhejiang Province were selected to conduct semi-structured,face-to-face in-depth interviews.The interviewees were recorded and observed,and the interpretative phenomenological methods were used to analyze the data.Results The factors that contribute to the self-directed learning of master nursing students included six themes,which were the developmental expectation of professional nursing care,pursuit and value realization,competition,expectation of others,learning atmosphere,interests and excellent family members.Conclusions The self-learning behavior of nursing postgraduates are diversified.Higher nursing educators and clinical nursing teachers should pay attention to formulate and strengthen the graduate students' self-learning ability,to improve their comprehensive ability and competitiveness,so as to promote their rapid and healthy growth.
