摘要
目的观察益肺胶囊联合布地奈德治疗急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(AECOPD)的临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取医院2016年2月至2017年11月收治的AECOPD患者97例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(49例)和对照组(48例)。两组患者均予布地奈德治疗,观察组患者加用益肺胶囊,连续治疗2个月。结果观察组总有效率为93. 88%,明显高于对照组的75. 00%(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组肺功能指标均较治疗前明显升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组患者免疫学指标除CD_8^+水平较治疗前明显降低外,其余指标均明显升高,且观察组明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);两组不良反应发生率相当(28. 57%比22. 92%,P> 0. 05)。结论益肺胶囊联合布地奈德能明显提高AECOPD的临床疗效,改善患者肺功能及免疫反应,且不增加不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yifei Capsules combined with budesonide in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)and its influence on immune function.Methods Totally 97 patients with AECOPD admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to November 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group(49 cases)and the control group(48 cases)according to the random number table method.The patients in the two groups were treated with budesonide,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Yifei Capsules.The patients in the two groups were continuously treated for 2 months.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.88%,which was significantly higher than 75.00% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lung function indexes in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the immunological indexes of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment except CDs+ levels were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups was similar(28.57% vs.22.92%,P>0.05).Conclusion Yifei Capsules combined with budesonide in the treatment of patients with AECOPD can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,lung function and immune response without increasing adverse reactions.
