摘要
从空间视角讨论了中国西南地区外商直接投资重心演化规律。在文献梳理基础上,对时序与空间双线索下的西南地区外商投资重心演化轨迹进行了分析,并对外资市场进入影响因素进行了检验。研究发现,2000—2015年的16年间,西南地区诸城市外商投资重心呈现窄幅移动,长期在贵州、四川境内徘徊。外资市场进入意愿与经济总量、人口密度、薪资水平等因素正相关,与该城市工业化水平、交通成本负相关。从基础设施建设、消费模式、教育投入、经济发展水平等方面提出提升外资空间溢出效应吸收效率,实现外资规模提升与结构优化的相关建议。
The shifting trend and influencing factors of foreign direct investment focus in Southwest China are discussed in the paper. Firstly, the paper analyzes the shifting of foreign direct investment focus in Southwest China. Secondly, it explores the driving factors of trajectory shift of foreign direct investment focus in Southwest China, and the spatial factors of foreign direct investment are checked. The study found that the spatial distribution of foreign direct investment in the southwest regions increased from 2000 to 2016, the foreign direct investment focus being narrow and the spatial split effect being insignificant in Guizhou and Sichuan. GDP, wage level, population density and other factors are significantly positively related to the willingness to do FDI, while distance and the level of industrialization are negatively correlated to it. Finally, the paper puts forward suggestions of improving the efficiency of FDI spatial spillover effect absorption from infrastructure construction, consumption pattern, education investment and economic development level to realize the scale promotion and structural optimization of FDI.
