摘要
近年来，日本对外直接投资的重点日益转向亚洲，并向我国集中，对我国产业结构的影响日益深刻。本文在分析大量数据和资料的基础上，阐述了日本对外直接投资的战略转移和在我国直接投资的特点与趋势，重点分析了日本直接投资对我国产业结构的影响及我们的对策。
Japan has transferred most of its of reign direct investment to Asia recently and concentrated in our country increasingly. More and more large company of Japan are investing to China, and the proect scale of their investment are enlarged; the investment position of the manufacturing industry and taking place that of retail and estate; textile and clothes making, electronic, motor industry and finance, circulate, transportation, estate are the main sectors of the invesrment, and the investment proportion invested to the Mid and West Parts of China are rising.The Japanese foreign direct investment gave the industrial structure of our country a deep impact. It promted the development of the textile and clothes making industry, electronic industry, and motor industry and recombined the resource of our country partly. In the near future the basic technical sectors of Japan may be transferred to our country, which will be favorable to the development of the leading industry of our country. Therefore, we should improve the investment environment of the Mid and West Pats and set down a favorable policy for attracting Japanese direct investment of basic technical sectors to there.
