摘要
通过监测熟料生产过程中的原材料、生料以及熟料的总铬含量,追踪分析了熟料生产过程中,随着生料粉磨和熟料煅烧,物料总铬含量的变化以及可能的来源分析;同时也分析了使用不同的铁质校正料对熟料总铬的析出影响。研究表明:铁质校正料对熟料中铬的贡献最大,且不同来源的铁质校正料对铬含量的析出也有不同的影响。
By monitoring the total chromium content of raw materials,raw meal and clinkers in the cement production process,with raw materials grinding and clinker calcination,the changes of total chromium content in the production process of clinker and possible sources were analyzed.At the same time,the influence of different iron correcting materials on the precipitation of total chromium in clinker were analyzed.The results showed that the iron correcting material contributed most to chromium content in clinker,and different sources of iron correcting material had different effects on the precipitation of chromium content.
