摘要
目的:探讨益气宣窍方辅助电子鼻咽喉镜治疗儿童中耳炎疗效及对听力功能的影响。方法:136例中耳炎患儿随机分组,对照组患儿应用常规治疗,试验组患儿实施益气宣窍方辅助电子鼻咽喉镜治疗,观察比较两组患儿听力水平、血清炎症因子和免疫水平的差异。结果:试验组患者0.5 kHz(21.73±2.58)dB、1 kHz(16.67±3.09)dB、2 kHz(12.31±1.09)dB较对照组患者明显提高(P<0.05);治疗后试验组患者IL-2(7.39±1.82)ng/L、IL-6(16.99±4.25)ng/L、TNF-α(0.17±0.03)μg/L和IgE(152.34±21.94)μg/L明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后试验组患者CD^+_3(60.36±6.71)%、CD^+_4(45.63±4.25)%、CD^+_8(37.01±1.56)%和CD^+_4/CD^+_8(1.12±0.11)%同对照组比较明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:针对中耳炎患儿应用益气宣窍方辅助电子鼻咽喉镜可提高治疗效果,降低炎症因子水平,改善免疫细胞功能,提高听力水平,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of Yiqi Xuanqiao Prescription assisted electronic nasolaryngoscope in the treatment of otitis media and its effect on the immune function of children.Methods:136 cases of otitis media in children were radomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated by routine treatment and the test group with the implementation of Yiqi Xuanqiao Prescription assisted electronic nasolaryngoscope.We compared two groups’hearing,serum inflammatory factors and immune level differences.Results:Test group’s 0.5 kHz(21.73±2.58)dB,1 kHz(16.67±3.09)dB,2 kHz(12.31±1.09)dB increased significantly compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).The test group’s IL-2(7.39±1.82)ng/L,IL-6(16.99±4.25)ng/L,TNF-alpha(0.17±0.03)g/L and IgE(152.34±21.94)g/L after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The test group’s CD3^+(60.36±6.71)%,CD4^+(45.63±4.25)%,CD8^+(37.01±1.56)%and CD4^+/CD8^+(1.12±0.11)%after treatment improved significantly compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with otitis media,the application of Yiqi Xuanqiao Prescription to assist electronic nasolaryngoscope treatment can improve the therapeutic effect,inflammatory factors and immune cell function and hearing,which is worthy of popularization and application.
