摘要
目的:观察门诊治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对我院耳鼻喉科2010年8月—2013年9月门诊68例(72耳)治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效分析。结果:本组68例(72耳)平均治疗2.5次,其中30例仅治疗1次即治愈。单纯药物治疗、药物加鼓膜穿刺抽液注药治疗总有效率91.18%。
Objective ： To observe the outpatient treatment curative effect on secretory otitis media. Methods ： A retrospective analysis method was used. 68 cases （ 72 ears ） of secretory otitis media were analyzed the curative effect in our hospital otolaryngology department from August 2010 to Sepetember 2013. Results ： The average treatment was 2.5 times, including 30 cases who were cured only treated for once. Simple drug treatment plus tympanic membrane puncture pumping liquid injection therapy＇s total effective rate was 91.18%.
