摘要
PBL讨论课的教师不是随便任何人都可充任的,其培训与遴选工作同样需要严格。讨论课教师应当有事业心与责任感,能够迅速与学生建立互信,懂一点教育学和心理学,有专业的知识背景,有良好的修养,善于倾听,精于讲解,严谨而耐心地因材施教,使学生受益终生。
Not everyone can teach a PBL discussion session. The teacher training and selection for such sessions needs to be strict. The discussion class teachers should have a sense of professionalism and responsibility, be able to quickly build mutual trust with students, understand a little pedagogy and psychology, have a professional knowledge background, have a good self-cultivation, be good at listening, be good at explaining, and be rigorous and patient in teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. Students benefit for the rest of their lives.
