摘要
通过水热-煅烧的方法制得铅笔头状Co_3V_2O_8,再和氧化石墨烯(GO)通过水热法制备出铅笔头状Co_3V_2O_8/G复合物。采用XRD、 SEM对样品的物相组成和形貌进行了表征与分析,并对其进行了电化学性能测试。研究结果表明:铅笔头状Co_3V_2O_8/G复合物作为锂离子电池负极材料时,表现出更高的可逆容量、很好的循环稳定性以及优异的倍率性能。
The pencil-shaped Co3V2O8 was synthesized by a hydrothermal-calcination method,and then Co3V2O8/G composites were hydrothermally synthesized with graphene oxide.The crystalline phase,structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.And the electrochemical performance was also evaluated.The results revealed that the pencil-shaped Co3V2O8/G composites used in anode materials of lithium ion batteries showed a high reversible capacity,good cycle stability and excellent rate performance.
