摘要
文章在回顾中国学术界对工业镇分类的基础上,以2017年中国千强镇的工业强镇为研究对象,通过运用类型学的研究方法,分别以对基层对体制资源的依赖程度和政府干预程度为纵轴和横轴,提出新的分类标准,重点描述工业镇的发展路径;将这些工业强镇的发展路径分为四种类型:野蛮式生长、扶持型生长、伴生型生长和新区化生长,阐述四种发展路径的内涵,以此增进对中国工业镇发展中政府与市场关系及发展动力的认识。在此基础上,通过对案例的深入讨论来反思新结构经济学在分析中国政府与市场关系、产业选择和产业发展上的观点,通过区域经济发展实践形成的规律与新结构经济学理论的对话。
On the basis of reviewing the classification of industrial towns by China academic community,the strong industrial towns in the top 1 000 of China is taken as the research object in the year of 2017.The degree of dependence on institutional resources and the level of government intervention are used as the vertical axis and the horizontal axis respectively.This study proposes new classification criteria and focuses on the development path of industrial towns.It classifies the development paths of these strong industrial towns into four types:barbaric growth,supportive growth,associated growth,and new district growth.This will help to have a better understanding of the relationship between government and market,as well as the driving force of industrial town development in China.On this basis,through the in-depth discussion,it reflects on the views of New Structural Economics in the analysis of China’s government and market relations,industrial choices and industrial development.Dialogue between the laws formed by regional economic development practices and the New Structural Economics.
