摘要
班主任作为一个班级的领导者,其在协调班级教育利益相关者的基础上,引导各种教育力量通力协作的人际影响力即为协同领导力。班主任协同领导力表现在构建和谐的师生关系、合作的同事关系以及协同共育的家校关系上。其中,师生和谐是班主任协同领导力的基础,同事合作是班主任协同领导力的关键,而家校共育则是班主任协同领导力的保障。
As the leader of a class,banzhuren’s collaborative leadership is a kind of interpersonal influence that leads all kinds of educational forces to cooperate on the basis of coordinating the stakeholders of class education.Banzhuren’s collaborative leadership is embodied in the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship,cooperative colleague relationship and family-school co-education relationship.Among them,the harmony between teachers and students is the basis of banzhuren’s collaborative leadership,the cooperation between colleagues is the key to banzhuren’s collaborative leadership,while the home-school co-education is the guarantee of banzhuren’s collaborative leadership.
