摘要
在研究生的学术研究活动中,会形成以读书会等为平台的学术团队,但是这些学术团队存在数量不足、形式单一,活动方式不够丰富、运行不够规范等缺陷。学术沙龙作为学术研究和交流的一种重要形式,将其引入教学实践已经得到越来越多的认同。学术沙龙引入教学会形成日常教学型学术沙龙与学术会议型学术沙龙两种形式。为充分发挥学术沙龙助力研究与创新的作用,构建合理化的研究生学术团队,必须对两种类型的刑法学术沙龙进行合理构建,保证其规范运行。
In the process of postgraduate academic research,an academic team would be formed with the reading club as the platform.However,these academic teams have defects such as insufficient quantity,single form,insufficient activity mode,and insufficient operation.As an important form of academic research and communication,academic salon has more and more recognition by its introduction into teaching practice.Academic salon has two forms of teaching practice,namely,daily teaching-type academic salon and academic-conferencetype academic salon.In order to rationalize the construction of graduate academic teams and to fully play its role in academic research and innovation,it is necessary to standardize the operation of two types of criminal law salons and design a reasonable construction plan.
