摘要
基于"职场体验"的思想,以广西职业技术学院为例,针对传统实践教学模式的不足,提出构建多专业协同综合实训教学模式,具体措施包括建立多专业协同综合实训教学体系,建立网络化多专业协同综合实训平台,构建创新创业实习实训基地,开发高职财经类多专业协同综合实训系列教材,打造一支高素质教学团队等五个路径。这个模式具有专业融合、网络模拟运行、岗位协同、贴近企业实际等特色,实施以来取得较好效果。
Based on the idea of"workplace experience",taking Guangxi Vocational and Technical College as an example,and aiming at the shortcomings of traditional practical teaching mode,this paper proposes to construct a multi-specialty collaborative comprehensive practical teaching mode.The specific approaches include the establishment of multi-specialty collaborative comprehensive practical training teaching system,practical training platform,the innovation and entrepreneurship practice training base,the development of training textbooks,and a high-quality teaching team.This mode has the characteristics of specialty integration,network simulation operation,post coordination,being close to the actual situation of enterprises,etc.,and it has achieved good results since its implementation.
