摘要
从茶学视角解析卢仝的《七碗茶歌》,分析诗歌所涉及的茶树栽培、加工制作、饮茶方式、保健功能等方面的科学合理性。全诗开笔到"白花浮光凝碗面"写茶的物质层面,从"一碗喉吻润"到"唯觉两腋习习清风生"展示了茶的精神层面,从"蓬莱山,在何处"到最后是写茶农的苦难场景。通过这些描写,可从侧面窥视唐朝时期的茶树栽培方式、茶叶采制工序、饮茶方式和贡茶制度。
From the perspective of tea science,this paper analyzes the scientific rationality in tea cultivation,processing and production,way of tea drinking,health function and other aspects in Lu tong’s poetry“Qi Wan Cha Ge”.The poetry describes the physical nature of tea planting,the habit of drinking and enjoying tea and the tea farmers’suffering,which we can know the tea cultivation,tea picking and processing,tea drinking methods and tea tribute system in the Tang dynasty.
