摘要
为研究餐厨垃圾与不同固体废物厌氧共消化产气的效果,探究餐厨垃圾/污泥共消化最佳进料方式,采用自制的全混合厌氧反应器,通过产气量和甲烷含量综合评价餐厨垃圾与不同固废(鸡粪、猪粪、玉米秸秆、麦秆、稻杆和活性污泥)共消化系统在不同配比下产气的潜力;通过产气性能和消化液的pH值、VFAs质量浓度、氨氮质量浓度、碱度综合评价进料方式对餐厨垃圾/活性污泥共消化系统的影响。结果表明:餐厨垃圾与6种不同底物混合共消化系统的产气潜力分别是活性污泥(5∶5)>鸡粪(5∶5)>玉米杆(3∶7)>麦秆(3∶7)>猪粪(1∶9)>稻杆(5∶5);餐厨垃圾/活性污泥共消化系统连续式进料的各项指标均优于序批式进料,更适合厌氧发酵产沼气。
In order to study the effect of anaerobic co-digestion of kitchen waste with different solid wastes and the optimal feeding method of kitchen waste/sludge co-digestion,a self-made fully mixed anaerobic reactor was used in this study.The gas production potential of the co-digestion system was comprehensively evaluated through gas production and methane content where cooked garbage and six solid wastes mixed system(chicken manure,pig manure,corn stalk,wheat straw,rice straw and activated sludge)under different ratios.Effects of different feeding methods on the cooked garbage/sludge system were comprehensively evaluated by the performance of gas production of the system and pH,VFAs mass concentration,ammonia nitrogen mass concentration and alkalinity of the digestive juice.The results show that the potential gas production of the co-digestive system with six different substrates is activated sludge(5∶5)>chicken manure(5∶5)>corn stalk(3∶7)>wheat straw(3∶7)>rice straw(5∶5)>pig manure(1∶9).All indicators of the continuous feed system for food waste/activated sludge co-digestion system are superior to the sequential batch feed system.And it is more suitable for anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas.
