摘要
以乙酸作为玉米秸秆青贮的添加剂,考察添加不同质量分数乙酸对玉米秸秆青贮品质及产沼气性能的影响。结果表明:青贮过程中添加一定量的乙酸能实现鲜秸秆的长时间保质贮存,无腐败现象且获得良好贮存发酵品质,其中添加质量分数2%乙酸的试验组中综纤维素比例最高,可达(51.20±0.45)%,有机酸总量为(10.92±0.30)%,高于其他组,具有较好的品质和较高的发酵产甲烷潜力;青贮240 d后与牛粪以总干物质的质量比3∶7,37℃条件下进行批式厌氧消化,添加质量分数为4%乙酸试验组的产气性能最佳,平均甲烷含量为54.00%,总固体(TS)产气率为312.02 L/(kg TS),挥发性固体(VS)产气率为470.63 L/(kg VS)。
Experimental studies have been carried out on the quality of green silage and performance of anaerobic digestion with additives of acetic acid for maize straw silage. The results show that additives of a small amount of acetic acid do good to long-term green maize straw silage and to preventing it from getting putrid and to improving the quality of fermentation. When acetic acid percentage content is 2% of fresh weight,the ratio of holocellulose(HoC)reaches(51.20 ± 0.45)%,the tota lamount of organic acid is higher to(10.92±0.30)% than other groups, which shows better quality of green maize straw silage and higher methane production potential. After 240 days green silage,the maize straw silages were mixed with cattle manure in 3∶7 total solid ratio to produce biogas at 37 ℃. When acetic acid percentage contents is 4% of fresh weight,the methane production is the highest. After 70 days anaerobic digestion,the average contents of methane is 54.00%,TS gas yield rates is 312.02 L(/kg TS)and VSgasyieldrateis 470.63 L(/kgVS).
