摘要
阳煤集团绝大部分煤矿岩石巷道主要采用传统的钻爆施工法,这种施工方法由于破岩效率低、装运效率低、支护效率低、粉尘浓度高等问题,导致掘进速度缓慢、职业病高发,尤其是开拓准备等大断面岩巷掘进更加缓慢,严重制约水平采区接替。为提高大断面岩石巷道掘进效率、优化作业环境,阳泉集团大胆创新,在大断面岩巷试验使用TBM盾构机,与传统钻爆施工法相比,掘进速度提高了5倍多,工作面粉尘降低了80%,有效解决了大断面岩巷掘进速度慢的问题,为大断面岩巷快速掘进闯出一条新路。
The majority of coal mine rock roadway of Yangmei Group mainly adopts traditional drilling and blasting construction method.This construction method has slow tunneling speed and occupational diseases due to low rock breaking efficiency,low shipping efficiency,low support efficiency and high dust concentration.High-rise,especially for large-section rock roads such as development preparation,is slower,which seriously restricts the replacement of horizontal mining areas.In order to improve the tunneling efficiency of large-section rock roadway and optimize the working environment,Yangquan Group has made bold innovations.In the large-section rock roadway test,the TBM shield machine is used.Compared with the traditional drilling and blasting construction method,the tunneling speed is increased by more than 5 times,and the working dust is reduced.80%,effectively solves the problem of slow tunneling speed in large section rock roadway,and opens up a new road for rapid tunneling of large section rock roadway.
