摘要 综述了保温层下腐蚀(CUI)在海洋石油领域的现状。介绍了CUI的发生机理和常见检测技术的优势和局限性。通过对射线实时成像检测、IRIS检测和Pps管道漏磁检测三种检测技术室内验证,判断技术的可行性及优劣。结合现场检测案例,验证CUI检测技术效果。 The research on corrosion under insulation in offshore oil industry is summarized in this study. The mechanism of CUI and advantages and disadvantages of common inspect technology are discussed in detail. The three detection technologies, including real-time radiographic inspection, IRIS detection and Pps pipeline magnetic flux leakage testing,are verified indoor in order to judge the feasibility and advantages and disadvantages of the technology. Combined with field test cases,the effectiveness of CUI detection technology is also been verified.
