摘要
介绍了电气设备金属腐蚀的基本情况,阐述了金属材料发生腐蚀的过程,分析了交、直流电气设备金属材料发生腐蚀的不同机理及腐蚀速度影响因素。深入研究了金属腐蚀对电气设备机械、电气性能的影响,最后提出了适用于电气设备选型、材质检测与现场防腐处理的方法举措。
This paper introduced the basic situation of metal corrosion of electrical equipment, explained the corrosion process of metal materials , analyzes the different mechanisms of corrosion and the influencing factors of corrosion speed about metal materials in AC/DC electrical equipment. The influence of metal corrosion on the mechanical and electrical properties of electrical equipment is deeply studied, finally, the methods and measures suitable for electrical equipment selection、material detection and on-site anticorrosion treatment are put forward.
