摘要
本文详细介绍了境外卫星电视节目收转播出平台的系统结构设计,并分析了该系统的特点,信源异地传输、全冗余架构、高标清同播、全流程监管、人工智能预判等技术的应用与实现将进一步提升境外卫星电视节目的安全播出工作水平。
This paper introduces the system structure design of overseas satellite TV programs receiving and broadcasting platform in detail, and analyzes the characteristics of the system. The application and implementation of such technologies as remote transmission of information source, full redundancy architecture, broadcast in both standard-definition and HD, whole process supervision and artificial intelligence prejudgment will further improve the safe broadcasting of overseas satellite TV programs.
