摘要
根据国网物资仓储管理精细化、高效化与精确化的趋势,针对现有电网物资仓储管理出入库、货位分配及其信息联动等环节仍处于人工管理的现实,为实现出入库作业的自动化和上下架操作的精细化,提升库内作业效率,通过分析电力物资出入库管理及其流程现状,提出了基于RFID的仓库货位自动分配策略,并结合浙江省电力公司信通分公司的实践,对电力物资出入库RFID技术的应用与实现进行了介绍,表明了以RFID技术为基础所设计的仓库货位自动分配策略及其系统的适用性和可行性。
To cope with the trend of the refined,efficient and accurate material management of the State Grid,in view that the inbound/outbound management of the grid supplies,the allotment of the cargo slots and the information linkage of the processes are still managed manually,and in order to automate the inbound process,refine the racking operations and improve the working efficiency in the warehouse,this paper analyzes the current situation and processes of the inbound/outbound management the power supplies in the warehouse,proposes an RFID-based cargo slot automatic allotment strategy and introduces the implementation and application of the strategy in combination with the practice of the telecommunications branch company of State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,demonstrating the applicability and feasibility of the RFID-based automatic allotment strategy and its supporting system.
