摘要
习近平立足中国特色社会主义进入新时代的宏观视角,通过对国际社会发展与世界交往演变规律的深度洞悉、对国际社会制度变革和国际关系运动的价值判断、对国际秩序伦理正义和对外传播演化规律的准确把握,提出"实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦、新型国际关系、新安全观、正确义利观、‘一带一路'倡议、构建人类命运共同体"等新理念,开辟了马克思主义国际观的新境界,为全方位认知国际关系的本质要求与时代特征提供了全新的解释框架和方法论体系。习近平的国际观为国际社会政治文明、经济发展与文化交流贡献了中国智慧和中国力量,为新时代我国大国外交理论与实践创新和对外传播实践创新提供了思想指南,为驱动国家软实力建设赢取国际话语权塑造良好国家形象指明了方向。
From the macro perspective that the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,Xi Jinping,based on his deep insight into the laws of international social development and evolvement of world communication,value judgment on the institutional change of international society and the motion of inter-subjectivity relationship,and correct understanding of the ethical justice of international order and the evolution laws of external communication,has brought forward the new ideas of“realizing the China dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the new-type international relationship,the new safety view,the correct view on righteousness and justice,the”One Belt One Road“initiative,and constructing the community of shared future for humankind”,thus creating a new vision of Marxist international view and providing a brand-new explanatory framework and methodological system for identifying the essential requirements and contemporary characteristics of international relationship.Xi Jinping’s international view contributes Chinese wisdom and Chinese strength to the political civilization,economic development and cultural exchange of the international society,providing an ideological guide for our country to innovate in foreign affairs theoretically and practically and to innovate in external communication practically,and pointing out the direction for pushing the construction of soft power,striving for a bigger global voice and building up a good country image.
