摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新时代,在社会主要矛盾转化的背景下,我国环境领域犯罪具有行政从属性、隐蔽性、复杂性、时代性等特征。环境犯罪的生成与一定的社会背景、犯罪人自身、法治环境、文化氛围是分不开的。对于环境犯罪的治理首先要立法先行,完善相关法律,其次要做好执法与司法的衔接工作,最后要提高公民的法律意识,引导公众积极参与环境犯罪治理。
Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Under the background of the transformation of the main social contradictions,crimes in the field of environment in China have the characteristics of administrative subordination,concealment,complexity and times.The formation of environmental crime is inseparable from a certain social background,the perpetrator himself,the legal environment and the cultural atmosphere.For the governance of environmental crime,it is necessary to legislate,improve the relevant laws,then do a good job of linking law enforcement with justice,and finally improve citizens’legal awareness and guide the public to take an active part in the governance of environmental crime.
