摘要
目的探究分析低剂量螺旋CT对早期周围型肺癌筛查的应用。方法回顾分析我院2016年7月—2018年7月我院收治的已确诊的患者70例。所有患者均采取低剂量螺旋CT检查和胸部数字化X线检验,对所有检出早期周围型肺癌的患者进行组织病理学检查确诊,对比其早期周围型肺癌检出率。结果实验组的诊断准确率为100.00%,对照组的诊断准确率为74.29%,实验组的诊断准确率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组肺部结节检出率(92.86%)高于对照组(64.29%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在早期周围型肺癌筛查中采取低剂量螺旋CT检查准确性更高,且操作方便,能够及时了解体检者早期周围型肺癌发生情况。
Objective To explore the application of low-dose spiral CT in the screening of early peripheral lung cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 70 confirmed patients admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018. All patients underwent low-dose spiral CT and chest digital X-ray examination. All patients with early peripheral lung cancer were confirmed by histopathological examination. The detection rate of early peripheral lung cancer was compared. Results The diagnostic accuracy of the experimental group was 100.00%, and that of the control group was 74.29%. The diagnostic accuracy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The detection rate of pulmonary nodules in the experimental group (92.86%) was higher than that in the control group (64.29%). The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In early peripheral lung cancer screening, low-dose spiral CT is more accurate and easy to operate, and can timely understand the occurrence of early peripheral lung cancer in physical examinees.
