摘要
目的探究安全隐患自查模式下的风险管理在手术室管理中的应用效果。方法以2016年9月对我院手术室实施安全隐患自查模式下的风险管理护理作为分界线,将2016年3月—2017年3月治疗的300例患者,按实施前后时间不同,将其分为风险管理护理前(2016年3月—2016年8月)与风险管理护理后(2016年9月—2017年3月),比较风险管理护理前后患者对护理人员护理差错、护理质量和护理满意度情况。结果风险管理护理后,护理人员服务态度、书写规范、专业技能操作、风险控制和管理能力高于护理前,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);风险管理护理后,手术准备不充分、违规操作、医嘱执行不当、护理记录差错、术后护理不当等情况低于护理前,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);手术室差错发生总发生率得到显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);风险管理护理后满意率高于护理前,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论安全隐患自查模式下的风险管理对手术室护理应用效果显著。
Objective To explore the impact of risk management on nursing error rate in operating room under the self-examination mode of potential safety hazards. Methods Taking the risk management nursing under the mode of self-examination of potential safety hazards in the operating room of our hospital in September 2016 as the demarcation line, 300 patients will be treated from March 2016 to March 2017. According to the time before and after the implementation, it was divided into prerisk management nursing (from March 2016 to August 2016) and post-risk management nursing (from September 2016 to March 2017). The nursing errors, nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of patients before and after risk management nursing were compared. Results After risk management nursing, the nursing staff's service attitude, writing standards, professional skills, operation, risk control and management ability were higher than those before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After risk management nursing, the situation of inadequate preparation for operation, irregular operation, improper execution of doctor's orders, errors in nursing records and improper nursing after operation were lower than those before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total incidence of operating room errors was significantly improved, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate after risk management nursing was higher than that before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Risk management under self-examination mode of potential safety hazards has significant effect on nursing application in operating room.
