摘要
目的评价安全隐患自查模式在手术室护理风险管理中的应用效果。方法选取吉林省一汽总医院手术室的23名手术室护理人员进行研究,于2021年1月实行安全隐患自查模式风险管理,将安全隐患自查模式风险管理实行前的2020年1—12月设为对照组,将安全隐患自查模式风险管理实行后的2021年1—12月设为干预组。比较两组安全隐患意识评价、护理质量评价、护理满意评价与手术室差错事件率。结果干预组安全隐患意识得分、护理质量得分、护理满意得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组护理安全事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理风险管理中应用安全隐患自查模式的效果显著,能提高护理人员的安全隐患意识与护理质量,降低手术室差错事件率,获得更高的护理满意评价。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of the self-inspection mode of safety hazard in nursing risk management in operating room.Methods Twenty-three operating room nurses in the operating room of FAW General Hospital of Jilin Province were selected for research,and risk management in the self-inspection mode of safety hazards was implemented in January 2021.The period from January to December 2020 before the implementation of the risk management of the safety hazard self-inspection mode was set as the control group.The period from January to December 2021 after the implementation of the risk management of the self-inspection mode of safety hazards was set as the intervention group.The safety hazard awareness evaluation,nursing quality evaluation,nursing satisfaction evaluation and operating room error event rate were compared between the two groups.Results The safety risk awareness score,nursing quality score,and nursing satisfaction score in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing safety events in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the self-inspection mode of safety hazards in operating room nursing risk management has a significant effect,which can improve the nursing staff's awareness of safety hazards and nursing quality,reduce the operating room error event rate,and obtain a higher nursing satisfaction evaluation.
