某重选钨锡混合精矿精选分离试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 某钨锡多金属矿原矿锡品位低于0.1%,因原矿锡品位低、可浮性差,采用摇床回收钨精选尾矿中的锡矿物,获得重选钨锡混合精矿.该重选钨锡混合精矿品位WO341.09%、Sn7.50%,WO3、Sn金属主要分布在0.010~0.045mm粒级.对该混合精矿进行试验方案比较后,本研究采用自主研发的脂肪酸类捕收剂TA-3药剂以及“白钨浮选-湿式磁选”工艺,获得了白钨精矿品位WO351.39%,WO3回收率44.43%;黑钨精矿品位WO345.09%,WO3回收率47.71%;钨锡混合精矿品位WO315.41%、Sn23.05%,WO3回收率7.86%、Sn回收率64.48%,达到了获得较高Sn品位精矿的目的,为后续分离和利用创造了有利条件. A large tungsten-tin polymetallic ore has low Sn grade of raw ore,which was below 0.1%.Due to the low grade and poor floatability,the associated tin minerals were difficult to be recovered.Only some of tin minerals in tungsten cleaning tailings were recovered by tables.The gravity concentrate of the tungsten-tin metallic ore contained 41.09%WO3 and 7.50%Sn,and they mainly distributed in 0.010~0.045 mm grain size.In order to obtain the concentrate of high Sn grade,the self-developed TA-3 fatty collector and“scheelite flotation-wet type magnetic separation”process was carried out,the indexes were as follows:scheelite concentrate contained 51.39%WO3 and its recovery was 44.43%;the wolframite concentrate contained 45.09%WO 3 and its recovery was 47.71%;the tungsten-tin concentrate contained 15.41%Sn and 23.05%WO3 and their recovery was 7.86%and 64.48%,respectively.Then the purpose to get concentrate of high Sn grade was achieved.
