摘要
高职学生的学习效果直接决定了高职院校人才培养质量,影响高职院校质量"攻坚战"的成败。但制约高职学生有效学习的因素是错综复杂的。利用系统工程学中的解释结构模型法(ISM)对相关影响因素进行分析,探求其关联性和层级性,构建高职学生有效学习影响因素的解释结构模型。据此建议,以问题化的情境教学唤起学生的学习、以科勒的ARCS模型维持学生的学习动机、以多元交往的学习活动促进学生的知识技能建构、以学校软硬条件为保障提高对学生学习的支持度,从而促进高职学生的有效学习。
The learning effect of higher vocational students directly determines the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges,and affects the success or failure of the quality battle of higher vocational colleges.However,the factors that restrict the effective study of higher vocational students are complicated.Using Interpretative Structural Model(ISM)in System Engineering,this paper analyzes the related influencing factors,and explores their relevance and hierarchy,and has constructed the interpretative structural model of influencing factors of effective learning of higher vocational college students.Therefore,it is suggested that the question-based situational teaching should be used to arouse the students'learning,Kohler's ARCS model should be used to maintain students'learning motivation,the multi-contact learning activities can be used to promote the construction of students'knowledge and skills,and to improve students'learning support with school's hard and soft conditions,so as to promote effective learning of vocational students.
