包班制的发展历程及在农村学校中的现实建设 被引量:3

摘要 包班制的实施对农村教育发展具有现实意义。包班制经历初始阶段、尝试实践阶段,现正处于深入探索阶段。农村包班教学价值失解、教师工作任务繁重、课程整合能力欠缺和教学评价体系失当等问题逐渐凸现出来。通过吸收先进教育理念深刻认识包班价值,建设替代性师资队伍帮助教师减负,采取"现象教学"等方法提升教师课程整合能力,侧重素养考核增强包班教学评价的适切性等途径促进农村包班制更好地发展。 The implementation of One-Teacher-For-All-Subjects has practical significance for the development of rural education.This system has gone through the initial and trial stage,and is now at the stage of deep exploration.Such problems as the disintegration of teaching value,the heavy burdens of teachers,the inability of curriculum integration and the inaccuracy of teaching evaluation system have gradually emerged.To solve these problems and promote the development of the One-Teacher-For-All-Subjectssystem,the following strategies can be taken:absorbing advanced educational ideas and truly understanding the value of the one-teacher-for-all system,developing a“substitute teacher”system to help reduce teaching burdens,adopting the method of“Phenomenon Based Learning”to improve teachers curriculum integration ability,and laying stress on“merit”assessment to enhance the evaluation of the one-teacher-for-all system.
