摘要
目的探讨舍曲林治疗糖尿病顽固性神经痛合并抑郁的临床疗效。方法便利选取2016年10月—2018年6月收治的126例糖尿病顽固性神经痛合并抑郁患者作为研究对象,按照抽签方式分为两组,即对照组给予二甲双胍治疗、观察组于对照组基础上给予舍曲林治疗,各63例,且对两组患者的SDS评分、NPRS评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、DMQLS评分进行观察及分析。结果观察组63例糖尿病顽固性神经痛合并抑郁患者的SDS评分(39.20±1.20)分、NPRS评分(2.01±0.32)分均低于对照组数据(t=32.05、16.43,P<0.05)。观察组63例糖尿病顽固性神经痛合并抑郁患者的空腹血糖(7.12±2.03)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.10±1.32)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.23±1.03)%均低于对照组数据(t=4.16、6.25、7.57;P<0.05)。观察组63例糖尿病顽固性神经痛合并抑郁患者的DMQLS评分[疾病维度(83.25±5.25)分、生理维度(69.56±3.20)分、心理维度(72.36±4.32)分、社会维度(89.25±5.45)分、满意度维度(63.25±3.12)分]高于对照组数据(t=24.89、22.33、21.09、18.36、18.37;P<0.05)。结论舍曲林治疗糖尿病顽固性神经痛合并抑郁具有较高的临床价值,能够在降低抑郁评分及疼痛评分的基础上改善预后,值得应用及推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sertraline in the treatment of diabetic refractory neuropathic pain with depression.Methods A total of 126 patients with refractory neuropathic pain and depression who were admitted to the hospital from October 2016 to June 2018 were convenient enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the method of drawing.The control group was given metformin treatment and the observation group was based on the control group.Sertraline was given to each of 63 patients,and the SDS score,NPRS score,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and DMQLS scores were observed and analyzed.Results The SDS scores(39.20±1.20)points and NPRS scores(2.01±0.32)points in the 63 patients with refractory neuropathic pain and depression were lower than those in the control group(t=32.05,16.43,P<0.05).In the observation group,fasting blood glucose(7.12±2.03)mmol/L,postprandial 2h blood glucose(8.10±1.32)mmol/L,and glycated hemoglobin(6.23±1.03)%were lower in the diabetic group than in the control group(t=4.16,6.25,7.57;P<0.05).The DMQLS scores of 63 patients with refractory neuropathic pain and depression in the observation group[disease dimension(83.25±5.25)points,physiological dimension(69.56±3.20)points,psychological dimension(72.36±4.32)points,social dimension(89.25±5.45)points,satisfaction dimension(63.25±3.12)points,higher than the control group(P=24.89,22.33,21.09,18.36,18.37;P<0.05).Conclusion Sertraline has a high clinical value in the treatment of diabetic refractory neuropathic pain with depression.It can improve the prognosis based on the reduction of depression score and pain score.It is worthy of application and promotion.
