摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用测定蔬菜中葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖及山梨醇含量的分析方法。以50%乙腈水溶液为提取溶剂,以乙腈-水(75∶25,体积比)为流动相,以Agilent Carbohydrate分析型色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)分离,采用大气压化学电离源负离子模式检测。结果表明,葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖及山梨醇的检出限为0.1~1.0 mg·L^(-1),回收率为89.9%~105.2%,相对标准偏差RSD为2.7%~8.7%。该方法具有样品前处理简便、灵敏度高、线性范围宽等优点。
We established a UPLC-MS/MS method for the determination of the contents of glucose,fructose,sucrose,and sorbitol in vegetables.Using 50% acetonitrile-water solvent as an extraction solvent,and acetonitrile-water(75∶25,volume ratio) as a mobile phase,we separated the compounds with Agilent Carbohydrate analytical column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),and determined the contents by atmospheric pressure chemical ionization source in negative mode.The results show that the detection limits of glucose,fructose,sucrose,and sorbitol are 0.1-1.0 mg·L^-1,the average recoveries are 89.9%-105.2%,and the RSD values are 2.7%-8.7%.This method has the advantages of simple sample pretreatment,high sensitivity,and wide linear range.
